After showing the Austin community, through our food truck, the joy of experiencing Food with an Accent, we began expanding our services to include catering and charcuterie tables. Our goal is to bring the same flavor and passion to every type of celebration—whether a party, gathering, or corporate event—not just for the sake of eating, but to savor everything that catering can truly offer. That is why we are proud to present Catering with an Accent.
Since then, we have devoted ourselves to creating all kinds of charcuterie displays—from small individual cups to grand, lavish tables—always guided by the two principles that inspire us: the love of family and togetherness, and the pursuit of excellence in flavor.
For us as a family, human connection is deeply important. When we provide a catering service—whether a banquet or a beautifully crafted table—we are present as a family, from heart to heart. For Alexander, being a chef is not only about feeding others, but about understanding their tastes, their preferences, and, most importantly, nourishing the soul.
